You have the right to cancel this contract for five days without giving any reason. The term of the contract is five days from the day on which you or one of your fellow travelers, who is not a carrier, has or has had variations in his or her occupation. For the purpose of fulfilling your order, you must inform us, H2PRO GmbH & Co KG, Hauptstraße 2, 89441 Medlingen, by means of a clear statement (e.g. a brief letter sent by post or e-mail) about your intention to sign this contract. You can use the previous model for the return form for this form, although this is not obligatory. For overdue return periods, it is essential that you send a message about the level of return during the return period. Consequences of the termination of the contract
If you continue this contract, we will refund all amounts that you have paid to us, including delivery costs (but not all costs that are due, if you have used another form of delivery other than the cheapest form for standard delivery, which we have chosen), for an indefinite period of time and at least 14 days after the date on which you have notified us of your acceptance of this offer. For the purpose of this termination, you shall bring the same amount of money that you brought to the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you; in this case you shall be responsible for this termination. You can use this service if you have modified your order, or if you have given notice that you have returned the order, regardless of how it was made. You may return or remove the goods to us with the same and under all circumstances for the first five days after the day on which you notify us of the termination of this contract. The deadline is overdue if you send the goods during the period of five days.
You may charge the direct costs of returning the goods.
You may be liable for any damage to the product if this damage is caused by the use of products that are not necessary for the protection of the product’s quality, properties and the material that is being used.
